Drug Delivery Patches

Our innovative chemical etching processes provide us with the capabilities to produce the parts for custom transdermal patches with excellent feature and tolerance control, even with difficult-to-etch metals. We have developed propriety processes for chemically etching nitinol, titanium and medical grade stainless steel that cuts the metal with the tight tolerance and edge control required for medical devices. Parts manufactured by Tecomet Inc. are burr-free and have no heat-affected zones. We can machine parts as thin as 0.0001 inches thick, up to 0.100 inches thick. Secondary operations such as passivation and electropolishing can be performed when required.

Tecomet's production facilities for transdermal drug delivery patches include clean rooms and automated visual inspection equipment that has an inspection tolerance of 2.5 microns. This ensures that the parts meet all industry, CE Mark and FDA standards. All our parts are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015.
